Using your shetland pony or minature horse for driving is a great way to give them exercise, get them used to traffic and have fun at the same time.
It is important to make sure that any pony driving harness that you buy is made well and fits correctly. There is a great article on eBay called "buying a pony harness" which will help you judge whether the driving harness you want to buy is fit for purpose and worth the money you will be parting with. It is not advisable to spend cheaply on such an important article of tack you may well regret it and end up having to spend that much and more again in an effort to find a correctly fitting harness for your shetland pony.
