Two Wheel Carriage Rules Updated

Finally the rules have been updated for 2 wheel carriage driving. This should make a big difference to those of you who compete in small pony and shetland driving competitions.  In future if you compete in 2 wheeler vehicle competitions you no longer have to have a groom accompanying you.
This change of rule should greatly improve your chances of competing if you have not got a groom.  The only thing you must be certain of is that the carriage must have a minimum track width of 125cm, some small vehicles may only have a track width of 110cm.
